"To say it went perfect would be an understatement. We could not be more pleased with the craftmanship, the staff, the materials, and the professional construction we had done from this company. The photos of both bathrooms do not even do it justice because we can't capture the entire room with one photo. We have never had such amazing construction done by any contractor in the 32 years of home ownership, prior to this company. They do it all. Indoor, outdoor, heavy construction, light construction. They had to relocate HVAC ducts, plumbing, electric, and move some walls. They are a one-stop shop!! Prices were extremely reasonable."

"I was having problems getting a permit 4 an elevator instalation in my home. AK did the engineer drawing and assisted me thru the complicated PG County permit process. I am extremely satisfied. HK D"

"He replaced my roof and did an excellent job. He is very responsible, when he was doing the roof in my neighborhood a lot of other residents worked with him as well. I always refer him because he is responsive, always on time, and his prices are competitive."

"Baumann's Lawn & Landscape did an amazing job, in a short amount of time. I couldn't be happier. These are the guys to call! Santos brought numerous workers to execute the job. They effluent and fair I would call them again for my next haul job."

"They did a SPECTACULAR job! They were quick, thorough and really did a top quality job! I am admittedly a very picky customer...they met and or exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend them to others!!"

"Project Manager came to site. Reviewed tasks and provided estimates"

Steve's many years of design knowledge and experience are an invaluable asset on our projects. We also work with Steve when completing structural repairs to homes that have been damaged by termites, see Journal of Light Construction April 2023 edition and article Repairing a Termite Damed House."
