She was right--after shopping around for a granite or quartz countertop for our guest bathroom remodel, Pyramid Granite had the best selection AND best price. We were looking for something that would coordinate with existing tile in the bathroom and it was easy to find several choices at Pyramid. They were very professional, helped us make a decision, came out to measure and delivered the product ON TIME. We ultimately settled on granite and our countertop is gorgeous--we will definitely be coming back when we remodel our primary bathroom! Ask for Temon--he is great!"

"Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

"Tile installations are expensive. However, Roberto of M.R. Tile was very competitive and does excellent work. I had already purchased materials as recommended by the Flooring retailer and his estimator. M.R. recommended an alternative approach to the tile installation that was not only superior but prevented both an issue with the height of the toilet and the adjacent hall flooring. M.R. Tiles arrived on time and very productive onsite, and their cleanup was excellent. I will both use or recommend M.R. Tile to any homeowner. based on my experience with their services."

"Quality Flooring Services was able to take care of both my tile floors and my granite counter tops. They fixed two chips in the granite counter top almost seamlessly. I know the chips are there but anyone else looking at the counter top would probably not notice them especially after they polished and resealed them. I am very satisfied with the result. They were also able to save my tile floor in the kitchen. For some reason the spills and spots seemed to be sticking to the cheap sealer I had applied. Even mopping and hand cleaning did not get them off. I was thinking of replacing them until I called Quality Flooring Services. They came in and buffed off the old sealant and use professional grade sealant instead and so far they are holding up great. They look like new and just regular mopping removes the stains from the spills around the stove (I am a sloppy cook!), the sink, dishwasher, water dispenser and pet water fountain. And they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again."

"I was devastated because I had a flood in the basement where I live and all my oriental carpets(4) were completely soaked with water. I had called two other rug cleaners, this was a Tuesday night, and they told me they could only come on Friday. I called Midland and they offer to pick the rugs up that same evening and I couldn't believe the cost they quoted me because it was 50% less then the other cleaners. They send pics of the damaged rugs and they promised to their best to restore them. A week later they delivered the rugs and all were back to their original form but for one and that because I folded the rug whilst wet and the colors bled into each other. You should never fold a wet rug because that what will happen, the dark colors will bleed on the light colors. But all the rugs were brighter and softer and smelling good. Justin kept me in the loops the whole time letting me know which stage of the cleaning they were at and the outcome. I really appreciated that, and, I'll be using him to clean all my other rugs in the future. I'm an avid fan of oriental rugs and I have a few of them. Great Job Justin!
