The only reason these isn’t one star is because the team was professional and nice. Came in and did a walk through of the space prior to starting. They also called to let me know they would be running later than the original appt time. For the service itself. I just purchased a home and wanted to get the carpet cleaned prior to moving in. There were about 3 major stains that I was concerned with, and everything else seemed to just be from over the years. As they were leaving, the gentleman explains they couldn’t get ONE stain out, but everything else was good to go. As I walked through the home, it looked like they had only vacuumed the floors. There were spots EVERYWHERE still. Multiple stains were still found. It just did not meet my needs for the money spent. I also emailed the company to ask if this is normal, what should I do? What could be done at this point? No response. Would not recommend and will not be using their services again.

Man they was on time and very professional . The job they done was like night and day. I was very satisfied with my like new carpets.
