"I have used an architect in the past for major renovations at my house. Unfortunately, he passed away so I needed to find a new one for the extensive renovations that I want to do at my rental house. I contacted five architects, all of whom were not interested -- probably because one phase of the project involved expanding the basement. All said that it would be a very expensive and difficult venture. When I told the last architect that I spoke to that I had sketched plans of what I envisioned for my project, his response was that I didn’t need an architect; I needed a designer/draftsman. Gary is well organized and he is very detail-oriented. His fees were very reasonable. We paid about one-eighth the amount that one architect had quoted. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I highly recommend Gary and his company, Kapital Drafting."

"I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The crew was fast, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job (hopefully this site allows me to upload photos after writing this). The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either. You'll get your money's worth for your project. Baumann's will be my #1 choice for future landscape projects."
