Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed.
