He was super responsive for every question, and he personally got our HOA approval, then walked it through the town govt to get the permit! On the day of installation, his team worked efficiently and quickly, and our roof was completed by late afternoon, including full and thorough cleanup. Jordan came back the next day to walk the property to make sure all garbage was picked up. Economy Restoration will also provide a Quality Control person to go up on the roof for the final inspection, which really gives us a secure feeling. "Felix was excellent at caulking my shower glass bottom frame--i told him he only needed to buy one tube of caulk to do the job but he brought 2 tubes. there was a language barrier although he was very nice once he got here..he was here less than one hour and charged me $120 plus the cost of $34 for 2 tubes of caulk--which in my opinion was expensive as he only used 1/4 of one tube of caulk and didn't offer to only charge me for one tube. He did arrive the same day which was great."
