"The Hague Team are experts. Would hire them again. Evaluated my need in 20 minutes or less, then set up a new Water softener install for the next morning. New WS installed in 2.5 hours and Hague loaded the solar salt, and explained every procedure. They help me with making Notes for my reference guide."

"The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5. My water tastes better. 6. I don't get orange rings in my toilet. 7. Ryan/Anthony are nice guys and a pleasure to talk to. 8. I was not pressured into buying anything. 9. "If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"y water was down t drip. I canned for service at 7:30 am they answered and were very friendly and made sure they understood my situation. The service team arrived by 10:30 am that was amazing. They assessed the issues and as i expected it was my well pump. The gave me a price within minutes and much to my surprise didn't have to go get a pump but had one on the truck. After replacing it it was found that the water blatter was not working. had on of them on the truck also. The entire team was very nice and answered all my curious questions. Outstanding service! Thanks"
