Before Hague, we were unable to use the water connection in our backyard. The expert who fixed that problem had to cut through inside wall. It was not a simple job, but we were thrilled with the result. Now our grandchildren can use pools out back, and we can water when necessary.

Hague was very quick to respond, give estimate and do installation of our hot water heater. They even suggested that I contact previous water heater company for possible warranty and it was covered !

The initial install appeared to go well. While recovering from a fall I was staying elsewhere and a leak was found in the home. Water was coming through the ceiling Into my living room. Given the urgency of the situation, a different plumber was called to find the problem which, according to that plumber, was the improper installation of the wax seal. Hague Plumbing Is claiming no responsibility since he was not called to fix the install. Now I am left to pay for repairs and ceiling damage. Would never recommend it.

The plumber showed up on time and got straight to work. He advised me on the proper use of the new faucet to avoid any future problems or damage. I ordered the fixture myself and Hague Plumbing was able to reschedule the original installation date to a couple of days earlier once the faucet arrived. I was very pleased.
