"Liz at the office worked me in during an exceptionally busy and chaotic week of snow and ice. My mom was coming for a week, and I gave Liz very short notice. But she moved things around and got me scheduled. Michael, the man who does the work, has been to my house several times over the past 2 years. I am so glad that I found him. He is quick, resourceful, professional and really pleasant. I am serious. You should definitely hire this man. He can fix everything I have had trouble with, even a rickety but cherished dresser.
