Mike was punctual, extremely knowedgeable and efficient. Although the issues was on the faceplate, he still had to disassemble much fo the mechanism, which he did very quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier.

I had called because a key had broken in the lock to one of my doors. Mike, promptly, came to remove the key. In doing so, he realized that the door lock needed to be replaced. He gave me several options and provided the replacement the same day. I was impressed by how quickly he responded to my call and how quickly he resolved the problem.

We were unable to open the door. The locks were not working. We phoned Mike at 10pm on a Saturday. He notified us how long it would take to him to arrive. He was on time, diagnosed our problem and replaced 2 locks.

I was running late for work because my bolt wasn't turning. I called Mike and he gave me how long it would take him to come exactly. He was friendly and nice too my dog. He showed my what the problem was and fixed it in 10 minutes. I definitely recommend him.
