My family used Chikos home services in Rockville Maryland Construction Pro to construct an addition on our garage home, nearly doubling its square footage. Chiko and company offer reasonably priced bids and the team does excellent work for the value. Chiko , in particular, is very transparent about work performance and willing to go beyond contractual scope to accommodate unique client and homeowner requests. For instance, chiko expedited our expansion so that our newborn daughter could celebrate her first birthday at home. And, even through the projectâ  s few hiccups, chiko did all he could to remedy each issue to satisfy our concerns. Our home looks fabulous, we received a great quality addition, and I would highly recommend Chikos Rockville home improvement Construction for any construction needs or projects.ty

Very pleased with the professionalism and work product. Will definitely hire again. Note that after I made an appointment through Home Advisor, Home Advisor sent me multiple emails changing the time. I called Chikoâs and they said it was a Home Advisor issue and that they would come at the time I originally scheduled. They showed up when scheduled, and even called me to ask if it was more convenient to come at another time.

Chiko drove all the way from Rockville to Edgewater to change locks on my new home. The seller only gave us one key that only worked in the front door, so we had some major work to do to ensure that our new home was secure, and we could get in with keys. Chiko quickly accessed our needs, gave me a quote, and quickly completed the work. He even ensured that we knew how to operate the Pella French Doors at the back of the house since they are pretty tricky. He even adjusted the door to ensure that it closed properly. If that wasn't enough, then he asked me how many keys I needed since he can cut keys in his truck. Full service!

This company really came through for me! I called over 7 companies on Saturday and nobody would answer the phone although they claimed to offer 24/7 service. I went on HomeAdvisor.com and found Chiko's Locksmith. The technician showed up on a Sunday and in the timeframe he stated. He was prompt and efficient and gave me the best deal ever, especially due to my lack of knowledge of how to count the cylinders on my security door. I drove from NC to MD in order to have the locks on my rental property changed. I feared I would have to leave without getting it done in time and at a reasobable price. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Texted me first thing in the morning to let me know he was coming and texted again to let me know he was on his way 20 minutes prior to arrival time. No waiting around during a lengthy window. Able to unlock/remove deadbolt and replace with new deadbolt within minutes. Gave estimate up front, no surprise charges.
