"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"Had a washer and dryer installed. The dryer made a rattling noise. Technician returned and claimed a wheel that causes the drum to turn was bad and ordered the part. The dryer still made the same noise after he returned and installed a new set of wheels and now it is blamed on the manufacturer. This was after I paid for the parts and labor. I had another technician from another company look at the dryer and he found that the wheels that were supposedly replaced were not and they were bad. He then replaced the wheels and dryer runs perfectly. Don't use KB Appliances they are a rip off."
