EASTERN OVERHEAD DOOR

Charles came out to service my garage door. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous. He worked most efficiently, was very neat and did a great job. I will definitely have him back when needed.

It was a real pleasure to have Eastern Overhead Door repair my garage doors. It was easy to communicate with Charles as I had a number of questions to be answered before making a final decision. Scott was very pleasant. He removed the old seals and replaced them with aluminum retainers and seals. I am very pleased. Thank you very much.

Brandon was prompt, had great communication and fixed our door springs in roughly an hour. Eastern contact me very quickly, within 30 minutes, and could fit this repair into their schedule. New garage door. They responded in a timely fashion, showed up on time, and performed the work in a professional manner just as they said. They removed the old door and cleaned up after themselves . I would definitely use them again.

There was a little confusion each time with our address and our invoice quote, that created some initial concerns with timing of the project and what was to be done. However they were able to work on making sure what we wanted to get done, did. Other then some of the communication concerns, the work was done well and the attitudes were professional.

Fine. Fast. Just did not realize opener did not have a light and there would be no handle to manually open the door if necessary.

Both problems were fixed. Team was on time, professional, knowledgeable and left site neat and clean.

The installer was prompt and quickly and neatly performed the installation. The only small negative was that no light bulbs were installed in the openers. The technician was very professional and we were pleased with the overall installation.

Eastern Overhead Door fixed things quickly when I backed into my garage door! Charles was in the area the day it happened and was able to swing by, and get the door working manually so that we could still use it until it could be repaired. That was on a Friday and on Monday they were back to repair the rest. They were quick, efficient, and great to work with! I would hire them again should we ever have any problems in the future or when we're ready to replace our current door.

The appointment was made promptly and the serviceman showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem in an understandable manner and discussed options for repair & replace. He completed the work in an efficient manner and showed me all that was done & how to operate the new mechanism.

I am very pleased with outcome. Door looks great, did a great job with the details too. Very patiently showed me how to set-up, operate and trouble shoot everything. Also gave me maintenance tips. I appreciated their flexibility when I had a scheduling conflict.

We had a problem, .. the overhead pipes stopped our garage door from opening and closing... Eastern immediately noticed the problem. They suggested a side mounted unit for us... and came back out a few days later for installation. The service personnel did a great job since we had went on vacation. It is always nice to come home and be able to drive into your garage from vacation !

I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they set up an appointment for 9 am the next day! Scott arrived on time and expected my old (very old!) opener. I opted for a replacement, which he installed. He was knowledgeable, courteous and an all around nice guy. Install was quick. He showed me how to do twice yearly maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if/when the need arises.

Representative showed up promptly on time and with all necessary parts. Took about 45 minutes to complete all work and took parts replaced with him. Explained costs in advance except for credit card service fee which was nominal. Clean, bright, well-spoken and highly knowledgeable man.

Charles was very quick and miticulous. He was very polite and professional, and he came on halloween day with very short notice. He had all the needed parts in his truck and that saved time. I thought the price was on the higher end but for the quality and given how heavy the door is and how many problems found along the way, the price becomes very justifiable.

operated business offered AAA+ service.  Their price was very reasonable. They were extremely informative and professional. Arrived on time.  Offered suggestions but not pushy.  I will definitely use them again in the future.
