Olga and Carlos were prompt, professional and extremely communicative. On our first cleaning they showed up right on time. They were organized and thorough, cleaning our home from top to bottom. Both of the owners were there helping their crew and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Their team was friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend!!

Olga was wonderful! She did an initial and quot;walk-thruand quot; to give us an
estimate. She was not pushy at all, while were still trying to figure
things out, but did not and quot;forgetand quot; about us either. For our 'deep'
cleaning, she not only came herself, but she brought an ENTIRE crew (I
was not home but my husband and guest said it was 5-8 people). They did
a thorough cleaning of the entire home. She and Carlos, her
husband/business partner, were responsive to everything.

I am in Afghanistan and every week my wife raves about how much she loves CSS. They are professional and they are excellent at cleaning. In the past I would dread the cleaning day because it would mean that I would have to clean the entire house before the cleaning team came to our home... according to my wife that is not the case with this company. CSC is professional and they communicate well on any changes in time or crew. The manager come to the house periodically, which helps maintain quality. They clean very well and respond to request for specific tasks.

Great experience. Carlos was clear and detailed and easy to talk with, and responded very promptly to every question I threw his way. They fit me in on very short notice, and did an AMAZING job on my apartment, which was badly overdue for some help, so I'm sure it was harder than an apartment that gets this service regularly. The end result was a sparkling, great-smelling beautiful home. I'm thrilled.
