Today a technician was scheduled between 8am-12noon. I was told he would be a little late...Another call advised that he needed to be replaced with a technician that is knowledgeable about "Oil furnace/ HVAC systems"??? We are now at the mercy of a longer wait time and hope someone will show up today with the temperature rising in our home. Praying that all will be corrected at no additional cost to us."
