"We have been working with Affordable for a couple of years now. To put it lightly, we have the basement from hell. When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It is a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot. We thought for sure we were in for additional costs, but they stuck by the original estimate. Since then, any time we have had an issue or a question, they are quick to answer. Poor Kelly and Bobby probably recognize our number on the caller ID but whenever we make a call or send an email, we always get a response- usually with a visit on the same day. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, customer service, and quality work."

Rob was knowledgeable, diligent, patient and open towards our questions and concerns. Best experience I had with any company rep to date. He came out twice to our place (once the first time to look at the issue, second before he took the work to make sure we all are on the same page.) And then he was there before the work was started to make sure all of us were on the same page. The crew that came out (Darwin, Juan, Raul, Hammie, Chilo) were very careful about their work, respectful, and meticulous. They plastic sealed the work area to prevent dirt, and broom cleaned the area after they were done. Even after the work was done and the transaction was completed, Rob came out to check the work and to make sure it was up to his standard. I called him back about 2 weeks later and he returned to drill into 2 areas in my basement. Put a camera or scope in to see if there was water in the walls? none! He cleaned up and caulked the holes. And would not take any money. He said only call him back if there were more problems"
