Words I would use to describe: Responsive, honest, helpful and professional Georg was extremely helpful over the phone when I first called with a suspected mold issue. Jack came same day to inspect the area and within minutes of talking to him, I knew I had to go with him and his company. Jack also was one of the workers to remediate the issue himself. He was thorough and walked me through everything. He was even available for me via text when I had questions afterwards!

Excellent service. Went above and beyond to remove the paint Oder so I could live in my house. I am very allergic to the paint odor and he took the care to communicate with me every step or the way. He gave me my home back. I can live here and enjoy my days. I am very grateful for this and would recommend him anytime

We had water damage from the kitchen sink that went to a storage area in the basement. This lead to mold. This company was fantastic. They also linked us to a plumber and a rebuild company. They were on time and the quality and professionalism was excellent.

We had a big leak at our home with the last huge rain storm, and water was literally â rainedâ down our dinning room chandelier. Called Restoration 1 & within 30min, Georg & his team member came out to our home to investigate where the leak came from. Then stayed until past 1am to secure the room, install the machine to dry up to prevent future damage & mold. Georg also recommended us to a great roofing company to further investigate the leak & fixed it. 2 days after, Georg & his team returned, double checked to ensure all wetness were fixed & removed all instruments. Very timely & professional. Totally recommending Georg & his team at Restoration 1.

Inefficient follow-ups and incorrect communication by the worker.

OMG we LOVED this company! The boss George knew literally everything there is to know about mold. My father's basement had mold EVERYWHERE. His amazing crew got rid of ALL of it. They were so nice and professional and my God a pleasure to do business with. Also this was the best price of all the other companies we spoke to. Outstanding job and I really can't say enough how much work they had to do . My dad's basement is totally livable now and smells so fresh for my daughter and her kids to move into!! Thank you wonderful George and crew!!

Georg from Restoration 1 was AMAZING. If you're looking for an expert who really knows his stuff, look no further!!! I was so impressed by his professionalism, friendliness, and vast knowledge about mold, allergens, and anything and everything pertaining to water damage. We had recently replaced the roof because the ceiling had leaking cracks (through the attic). What amazed me most was that we thought we had a mold problem, but he was fine with talking himself out of a job! He checked everything meticulously, took pictures, and showed us the difference between signs of mold vs. just dirt or stains. He ended up confirming no evidence of mold, and gave us several other impeccable resources for determining what allergen is acting up in our house. He explained every step of the way and was extremely communicative. I feel so much more knowledgeable now after only spending 30 mins with him. I was so encouraged to not be scammed into an expensive repair project that didn't even need to be done. I love how honest and thorough this company is!

Our dishwasher broke and leaked category three water under our wood floors throughout the first floor of our house. Georg and his team arrived within 45 minutes of calling him even though it was a Sunday morning and from the very start were professional, courteous, efficient and extremely competent. They expertly resolved the issue while taking the time to explain to us the decisions they we making and why. Georg never pressured us into anything and always clearly explained our options to us. 100% trust-worthy and I would recommend this team to everyone I know. The communication and customer service was superb- frequently answering text messages and FaceTiming with me to resolve issues. And they always texted an exact arrival time and showed up within minutes of that arrival time. Lastly and most importantly in my opinion, Georg and his team took extreme precautions every time they entered my house to prevent any possible spreading of germs. Proper distancing, masks, gloves, disinfectants and wiping down everything they touched, in order to protect themselves and my family.

We had a pipe burst and it flooded our entire finished basment on a Sunday afternoon. Georg from Restoration 1 responded very quickly to our call and offered same day service. We set up an appointment for Monday. He and his crew arrived on time, were very professional, and did a fantastic job removing all the damage and drying it. He went the extra mile for us and met with our insurance adjuster. I absolutely recommend this company for restoration service!!

TD Powell provided exceptional customer service from the first time we spoke to him about our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out and we highly recommend him and Restoration 1 of Centerville.

Restoration 1 did work on our rental property. The tenant was very happy with the service provided. We got a detailed explanation of work that needed to be done. We had contacted 2 major companies for the same work but got poor response from them. Restoration 1 was able to get work done quickly and at a very reasonable price. We are so glad that we found them on Home Advisor. Thank you Restoration 1 Team.

Everyone was very nice and professional. They did an excellent job, and were very responsive to my mold damage, and came out right away to do the remediation. Their prices were very fair. And they were very honest. They had quoted me a price on a contract I signed. Afterward, they notified me the cost would be $200 less than they quoted because the job took less time than anticipated.

The tenants of a rental I own reported flooding in the basement and a mold smell. The technician thoroughly examined the area and explained what he was doing to the tenant, and DID NOT find mold. He explained to her and later to me what he thought was causing the flooding and possible remedies. I appreciate the way he made sure my tenant understand all was well concerning mold so I didn't have explain it all over again. There was no charge, and his theory about the source of the flooding turned out to be right on the money!
