Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. He spoke good English, showed attention to detail, and did a careful, professional job even when the weather got so hot we found ourselves urging the crew to take more breaks. "Yes. Jay was great! He came and did an inspection and suggested I wait for the heavy rain that was coming to see if I had any issues. I called him back about 2 weeks later and he returned to drill into 2 areas in my basement. Put a camera or scope in to see if there was water in the walls? none! He cleaned up and caulked the holes.
