"Very easy to set up appointment.  Owner patiently answered all my questions and suggested best configurations.  Technician showed up on time.
I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.
Overall, I will highly recommend this company.

"I hired Flatpack to assemble 4 Ikea bookcases and assemble and mount two additional shelves. Tre from Flatpack was phenomenal - one of the best technicians we've hired for any service. Tre was very organized in his approach to the job, placing all pieces in different containers. He turned on his music, got in the zone and went to work. 6 hours later he had finished the job - not fast but careful and meticulous. Every detail was correct. He was also thorough in cleanup and took all the boxes with him. I have had some DUDS of contractors, so wanted to make sure to highlight someone very good. Highly recommend.

"The project went really well and was completed in 4 weeks. CRG quickly painted and updated my entire apartment to repair plaster and woodwork and general repairs. In addition, they renovated my kitchen and were creative with solutions to increase storage in a tiny apartment. I was impressed with how considerate they were in keeping everything as clean as possible. CRG provided beautiful wood cabinets and quartz countertops that look like marble. I found the price very fair, quality amazing. CRG also guarantees their work for one year. I would definitely use CRG again as they're better than the previous three contractors whom I hired to do similar work in this and a previous condo. I'm so happy in my "new" home!"

"Initial call for appointment was quick and easy.  Peter came out and measured garage and performed their system design on laptop software with 3-D visual analysis. Adjustments made on the fly with software to include cost estimates. We agreed on price and designs were printed within one hour.  Second appointment made to install on Friday, April 19.  Completed in 1-day.  Excellent workers were polite, courteous, and efficient.  Great experience and absolutely recommend.  In fact, I referred to a co-worker to Garage-TEK.
