Good service

They said they could move a hot tub for me. I sent photos, dimensions, and the total weight. They showed up with only three guys and a small dolly. They took one look and said they couldn't move it. A complete waste of everyone's time. They charged a $200 deposit before they came out and still have not refunded the deposit for not doing the work they promised and should have been prepared to do. In addition, their system for collecting payments is ridiculous. They want a deposit, a payment when they pick up an item, and another payment when they deliver it (in our case 15 minutes later). Really tedious. Oh, and they are apparently terrible at scheduling because they can't give you an approximate time they'll arrive until the day before, so be sure to block a full day on your calendar, even if you're only moving one item.

My move was 5 minutes away, and they only needed to lift large heavy furniture. The movers didnt have large boxes to take because my family had already moved them. The leader told me that he came to drive his team and my move would be faster if I laid for the 3rd person, I declined so his workers purposely moved slowly to extend the time and , didnt even reassemble my couch pieces or place items in the right placw.

Excellent work, dedicated crew, good communication. The movers who delivered my goods went above and beyond duty to move a big armoire up the stairs. Long distance move from Maryland to Colorado. I recommend this moving company.

Company was good, they were supposed to supply boxes so I could start packing prior to moving day! I had to continually call them to get boxes and bc of that the day of the move I was still packing! They were on time and helped me pack. My only suggestion is If you use this company make sure they deliver your boxes so that you can pack prior to the day of move.

Good customer service.

I had 2 sofas on the move. They were moving my things from a 10 x 10 storage unit to a 3rd-floor apartment, not a big move. The green sofa was wrapped in its entirety. The white one was not wrapped. One piece of tape was around each set of 2 cushions. The body of the sofa was not wrapped and the sofa was off-white. They had difficulty getting the sofa on the elevator and had to push and shove. I ended up with a sofa with grease and dirt marks in multiple places. It was a new Laz-Boy sofa delivered April 2022. The crew was very polite and courteous, but the damage to the off-white sofa ruined the experience.

Very happy with first leg of move, which included packing, loading the truck, doing at a 2nd location to pick up items from a pod and putting in their climate controlled storage!! When my house is finished in Florida, they will deliver there.

Movers and the coordinator were very polite, punctual, and patient with a problem came up with my moving and the price was reasonable too. They didnâ t hurt anything but I only wished they had brought some more supplies to protect my stuff, like blankets, etc.

These guys are GREAT. They helped me move from my home into an apartment - on the third floor with no elevator. They were so helpful I booked them again to help move items into storage. Again, timely, professional and great to work with. Highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

Moved a small 1 bedroom. On-time, highly skilled and respectful workers. He and staff were on it. I found them to be trustworthy and very polite as a female moving on my own. Excellent company.
