"I had used Mr. Handyman a couple weeks before to replace some exterior wood rot on the house that had been pointed out to me when I bought my place a couple years ago.  I had more wood rot and a basement window to replace this time. During my first service, the tech measured and said it shouldn't be a problem getting the window replaced as Home Depot carries something in that size. So I bought a 4 hour Mr. Handyman Angie's list coupon and scheduled service. Two days I had techs come out only to measure and only to find out they have to special order it.  That's two days I had to stay home from work for no work done.  I wasn't very happy about that. The window was ordered.  The price was fine, and I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks, and I was okay with that.  I knew it'd be a good window and there's not a whole lot of places out there that will do a small job like this that you can trust, and I trusted, and still trust Mr. Handyman to do good work. They didn't let me down. The window comes 5 weeks or so later and is installed. It looks beautiful. They did a great job.  The tech was losing daylight so the wood rot repair job on the side of the house had to be completed the following day.  There was about 1.5 hours of labor left for window rot repair, and 2 hours left on my coupon.  I told the tech that I can't take off work that day, but they could start before I'm home, as early as 2:30 or 3:00 and I'd be home shortly after 4:00.  This was important because I had some exterior paint in the house as the temps outside weren't good for storing paint at the time, and I made sure the tech knew that so I wouldn't be billed for extra materials. On my way home from work that day, I call Mr. Handyman, worried that they couldn't come out because I hadn't received a call all day, and I was told the tech had already completed the job.  That meant the tech had put on my invoice the cost of paint, plus the time spent to go purchase the paint. This was around the Thanksgiving holiday and Taylor at their Millersville office assured me she would take care of my concerns. And she did.  The following Monday, Taylor adjusted the bill and waived the costs associated with the paint.  Excellent customer service there.  Though I would have had 30 minutes more of handyman service had the tech come while I was home (that I would have just asked for a couple pictures to be hung on the wall), I was happy with the way Taylor adjusted the bill.  So the punctuality is only a B because they actually came too early! Despite all of this -- I would use Mr. Handyman again.  The quality of work was great.  The customer service was attentive and commendable.  The price may be a little more than I had anticipated, but I certainly trust their work."

"From pre-sales through signing the certificate of completion, Presidential Exteriors provided first rate, professional, courteous, and friendly service. The new windows and doors work flawlessly, look fantastic, and have cut outside noise too boot. The new siding and trim work look fantastic. My only critique was the clean up on the windows and doors job could have been a lot better. Keeping in mind everyone has an off day, that won't stop me from inquiring about having my vinyl shutters replaced to match the new doors. How did I not notice think of them before?"

"Contact William, got a quote and a date. He showed up and replaced the shutters and cleaned up. Did the job in the time he predicte, no problem.
Then I asked him if he had an extra couple of minutes to help me remove an old toilet that I could break free. The bolts were rusted. Some heat and muscle and that toilet is gone.
 
I'll have him back if I need handyman services again.

"I had a full view glass storm door with sidelites installed in front of my Provia entry front door. The door is very sturdy such as thick heavy metal, lexan glass is clear, the hinges are smooth and strong, the lock is secure, the powder coated paint is beauty. the weather striping is robust and tightly sealed. The manufacturing process took a little longer than expected. A minor adjusted was needed for the lock. Medallion sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. My Provia Front entry door is awesome. I really wanted a full view security storm door to allow the Provia door to be on full display. In addition, to providing full security. Medallion knock it out of the park."
