I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. "After resolving an initial issue with dust collection, Elegant Floors completed the job extremely well. We had originally gotten estimates to replace the floors, but the cost of refinishing was considerably less, and our 35-year-old oak floors look brand new again! Elegant Floors was the only contractor that suggested replacing the heating registers with flush-mount, which gives a very finished look. The crew was professional, cleaned up every day, and did outstanding work. BTW, dust turned out to be a non-issue; their standard system left very little dust upon completion of the job."
