We had originally gotten estimates to replace the floors, but the cost of refinishing was considerably less, and our 35-year-old oak floors look brand new again! Elegant Floors was the only contractor that suggested replacing the heating registers with flush-mount, which gives a very finished look. The crew was professional, cleaned up every day, and did outstanding work. BTW, dust turned out to be a non-issue; their standard system left very little dust upon completion of the job."

"I called Saber through Home Advisor on a Sunday afternoon, asking about an estimate for carpet stretching in three upstairs rooms. He was able to come by within an hour, and offered a reasonable price to fix the carpets on the spot. His work is professional, very well done, and he offered some explanation as to what was happening in certain areas of the carpet, as well as recommended solutions. I was very pleased with his service, and will be scheduling Saber and M & S Flooring for carpet cleaning in the summer. Could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Thank you."

"My Kitchen floor had not been stripped and cleaned in over 20 years. Midland worked on the floors for over 4 hours, twice as long as a job of this size shold take had they been stripped reagularly. There was no up-charge from the quated price and my floor looks great."

"Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again.
