The house looks better after they have cleaned it.
They are pretty reliable about coming as planned, and will reschedule if we need them to, e.g., when we are going out of town.
They haven't broken anything valuable yet.
I have not had any belongings disappear (I did with one previous service).
Maria is courteous and businesslike.
Cons:
Sometimes the girls arrive an hour or so off-schedule.  That didn't bother us when we were out of the house working all day, but now that we are retired we need to plan to be out when they are cleaning, so it is annoying if they show up at 10:45 instead of the promised 9:30, and I get back from the gym at 11:00 (when they should have been done) needing to take a shower.
They are uniformly terrible about putting things where they belong. I have found this with every cleaning service we have ever had.  Range top is put back together all caddy-wumpus, bath rugs mis-placed, drain rack at kitchen sink left where it will drain onto counter instead of into sink, trash in recycle bin and vice versa.  Also, we find lights and bathroom fans left on sometimes.
As with all services we have tried, they work by going through a checklist of required actions, with little attention to whether they have actually gotten things clean. I find concentrations of dirt where their "checklist" doesn't cover:  llaundry sink not cleaned, dusty baseboards in corners and behind doors, dust/crud under/between sofa cushions, pictures (moved but not dusted), kitchen cabinet doors and pulls left sticky.
They are rough on the house.  We've found dings in drywall (probably from vacuum cleaner), shower door handles often pushed out of place,  bleach spots that ruined a couple of towels and such.  I wish they would slow down a bit and take a bit more care.
