The previous two, both gotten from Angie’s, claimed they could remove the granite countertops, install new lower cabinets, and replace the granite with no damage. Pete knew this would not work, and he said so. We liked and trusted Pete right away, and we were not wrong. We agreed on new upper cabinets, and refacing lower cabinets. The work was done by Robert Mottek, Master Cabinetmaker. I cannot say enough about Rob’s craftsmanship, graciousness, and work ethic. He was a pleasure to work with. He suggested improvements that resulted in more usable cabinet space in our relatively small kitchen. We are very happy with the job and glad we used this company."

Mitchell came to our house at the appointed day/time and made the needed repairs quickly and it looks great. He also gave us a lot of helpful information. "I had a very positive experience with JCB and will definitely call them in the future when I need help. I wanted to completely change my kitchen but I didn’t want to shoulder the expense of new cabinetry. I spoke to Brandon about my vision (which was to have a rustic, distressed look on my kitchen cabinetry with coordinated accent cabinetry around the kitchen) and he gave me a lot of helpful info on the phone, even before I signed the contract. He came out to my home to show me what they could do, to make sure it was to my liking. His estimate also seemed fair. Once the job started, Brandon and Chris and Joe were kind and communicative, letting me know what they were doing each day and checking in for feedback. Because I wanted a unique, distressed look on my cabinets, they created the look entirely by hand based on my description of what I wanted. It was painstaking and labor-intensive, but they worked efficiently. The entire job was done in a week (they worked through the weekend) and I’m thrilled with the result. They also re-painted my walls, in a color that complimented the new cabinetry, and they replaced a light fixture. In addition to be very talented and building me a kitchen that I love, they are genuinely good humans, which is even more important. I’d highly recommend JCB."
