"Josh Jake Sean and Vinny had come in and in a few short hours turn, my old dinghy bathroom into a beautiful, modern tub that we needed to get. They are the best. Highly recommend"

"This company was prompt, professional and provided good service. Installation of the treatment tank was well managed and they were very informative. Word to those considering a treatment tank -- we found about 2 months after installation that the treatment system had over-corrected and we then had extremely alkaline water (which yes is supposed to be healthy to a degree but it wreaks havoc on your hair). My husband and I both found our hair had quickly become brittle and dry and it took a bit of discussion to figure out the only recent change was our water treatment system. I called R&G back and they re-tested and determined we now needed a water softener system. They did install and that resolved all the issues. If I had one concern it is that the company should, based on their experience, anticipate something like that and at least provide the warning in advance or return within a week and re-test your water to determine if the over-correction had occurred. It would have been better to be so informed and pro-active about addressing rather than experiencing the effects of the alkaline system and then fixing. Also, would have been helpful to be able to anticipate the additional cost. Each water treatment tank is about $1700 - so ultimately we did have to expend twice as much as originally planned in order to arrive at appropriate pH levels. They are a good, professional and knowledgeable company. Just anticipate the potential for overcorrection and ask for re-testing after install so that you can make sure your system is where you need it to be."

"When he arrived to my home, the technician, Sean, assessed the problem and provided a simple solution not only for the present but for the future as well. He answered my questions and completed the project timely. My peace of mind was restored. He said to give a call if a problem should arise. I don't expect a problem but it is good to know that someone is there to help if it should happen. Thank you."

"Francisco and his team did a great job with our 1.5 bathroom remodel. Both the full and half bath were small, tricky spaces and Francisco came up with creative options for both. He did a good job at laying out the rationale behind his options and the pros/cons for each of them, which I very much appreciated. He and Honika were there every step of the way to help us pick out the finishes and make suggestions when we didn't have a clue what to do! Really pleased with the final product and will work with this team again."

"We hired this contractor to convert our existing half bath into a full bathroom connected to our home office, creating a true en-suite, while also constructing a separate powder room adjacent to it with its own pocket-door entrance. This was a complex remodel that required thoughtful planning and creative use of space. The team worked closely with us throughout the project, offering ideas and solutions that helped bring our vision to life. The craftsmanship was solid throughout, including the framing, tile work, fixtures, finishes, and overall attention to detail. The new full bath integrates seamlessly with the office, and the additional powder room provides convenient access for guests without compromising privacy. Communication was good, the crew was professional and respectful of our home, and any concerns that arose were addressed promptly. While there were a few minor delays and punch-list items that prevented a perfect experience, we are very pleased with the final result."

"It went well without any problem. He came on time and located the manhole cover of the septic tank based on the septic tank map provided by the County. He dug 3 feet approximately to uncover the manhole cover and spent over 20 minutes pumping and cleaning the septic tank. Job was professionally done and they cleaned up the area afterwards."

"Harmond helped me over video link to test the components in my broken refrigerator. The testing confirmed that it was the compressor that had failed. I purchased a new refrigerator because I decided it was not worth the cost to replace the compressor."

"I have to say that Once and Done did a great job. I had my sump pump fail on a Friday morning around 3AM. I got an alert of a leak in the basement. I put in a request on home advisor not even an hour later and by 7AM on Saturday morning I had a call to discuss the project. Once and Done and their team came out on a Sunday to get the problem fixed. Top notch customer service. Would highly recommend."

The price you’ll pay will depend on the severity of the clog, the item causing the backup, how long it takes to remove the item, and more. A more severe issue that requires unclogging a main sewer line will cost $3,100 on average.
