Chris kept me updated on his appointment schedule. He arrived on time and did great work replacing my faucet for a reasonable price. He is very professional. I would definitely call him again if I needed plumbing repairs and recommend him to others.

After having two other plumbers service my sump pump who were insisting that I needed to replace the pump Chris informed me all that the pumping system needed was a vent hole in the discharge pipe to prevent an airlock in the discharge pipe due to the pump pressure. After almost 3 years of pump issues he is the only one that identified the problem.

It was a simple problem that took a lot of waiting time.

Chris did a quick job for an easy fix. He also check my hot water heater and made some recommendations.

He had to make a second trip out to the house after purchasing additional parts. This was out of his control and I do not fault him for it but was very pleased with how he handled it and made himself available the next day.

I thought Chris was excellent. He was timely and professional. He even did a few extra things that weren't on my list but glad he did. I also thought his prices were very fair.

Very good plumber... took care of the issues. The only issue, too expensive for similar work.
