"My wife had actually found David on a home she purchased just before we started dating a few years back. I can be a bit of a skeptic and tend to do much more thorough research on things so I wasn't sure he would be the right agent for us.
I looked around, talked with other agents, even went on a few home tours with a couple, but none of them could compare to David's professionalism, expertise, personality, and communication. 
Every step of the way David was letting us know what to expect, how we should handle things, what we should be looking for, etc. He always kept line of communication open with us and was always quick to reply to any communication attempts. 
I admit that I am difficult to please when it comes to business relationships, I expect a high level of service just like I provide to my own clients. However, David met our expectations in every possible way.
It's not often I actually write reviews but David's service was that good...others deserve the level of service he provides and will not be let down.

"David was wonderful! I needed an appraisal for estate tax purposes and he obliged to get one to me within 2 weeks although I really did not need it until end of this year. The pricing was very fair and he was thoughtful enough to send me a copy of his state license as well as his appraisers insurance policy before I needed to ask. That is quality customer service. Would I recommend using David? YES! Would I use his service again in the future? YES!"

"My husband and I expressed an interest in a particular neighborhood that is often in high demand to Mary Schaner, knowing that it may be quite some time before a house became available. Mary kept us in mind and each time there was a listing, she called us to let us take a look. Her patience was? appreciated and finally, after a lot of thought, we decided to purchase a house Mary found for us. She went above and beyond, working with us so that we could get what we felt was a fair purchase price, even convincing the seller to allow our contingency. As a seller, it might feel tempting to skip the appraisal, especially in a hot market that sees a lot of all-cash offers. While you can technically forgo it and hope for an all-cash offer, you’ll likely have a very tough time selling without an appraisal. 

In addition to protecting lenders from risk, appraisals also protect buyers’ investments. As such, it isn’t typically recommended for buyers to skip appraisals.
