They were extremely helpful, kind, and personable. They provided good recommendations on things we had not even thought of in the past. They completed several projects for us, including new closet door installation, recessed lighting installation, drywall etc... they even came during weekends to ensure the deadlines were met on schedule!

Mauricio Perla has helped to break down a whole home renovation that is complicated and stressful to a simple process to help me understand. He has utilized video calls, texts, and emails and is effective at communicating. At the same time, he has even made sure he was on top of all paperwork (permits and city inspections) and processes to make sure they were completed on time and in accordance with what was needed to sell the property. I am an out of state investor and he is honest, reliable, professional, trustworthy, and does great work. I would use Blue Ladder Home Improvements LLC again.
