"Hello Edward, I noticed in your review you mentioned that the aerial map was never corrected. But it was corrected and sent to you on 1/14 which less than 24 hours.. I have forwarded it to you again today so you have the correct report in hand. The aerial map error was from google and had no impact on the appraisal. You provided us with one comp that you provided on your street was not used due to the unusual circumstances that we discussed during our long conversation during the appraisal inspection.. We never stopped responding to you. We responded to you in less than 24 hours. I even responded to a long list of questions with a long explanation hat you had in detail explaining the appraisal process and how it works. To say that we stopped responding to you is not accurate at all. I spent more time explaining the complexities of your situation than any other customer in many years."
