"Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."

"Closet people don't knock out walls so I needed a handyman to raise the doorway to my closet by 1', re-frame the door, and then install custom doors. When Luis came to meet me for the estimate he was on time and arrive exactly when he said he would. He completely understood what I wanted done and gave me options and suggestions on how to trim some costs. This was my first time having any work done on my home ever. I had just bought my apartment 4 months earlier (so my funds were low) and since it was my first home I was very nervous I would make a mistake. Again, Luis was great, very kind and put me at ease. Luis saved me money by finding used doors instead of just ordering custom doors. He literally text me pictures of different doors from the supplier so I could pick out what I wanted. He and his people were punctual every time and totally respected my schedule and time. Finishing the door frame required an extra visit  extending the timeline slightly...partially my fault for having trouble picking out a door but, even with that teeny tiny delay, Luis finished the project way before anyone else I talked to said they could. I was very happy would recommend him and will be using him for additional projects in the future.
