Since we were still in negotiating phases of house buying he provided with a written estimate that helped us to negotiate sellers to drop the price. The work itself was done in professional manner, finished at least a week before we were expecting to move in, even with little hiccups on our part that parts were missing on shipments or we had to switch out medicine cabinets at last minute. "Two handymen came to perform a variety of odd jobs inside the house.  One of them was eager to get the job done right and he ended up redoing some of the work that the second had done incorrectly.  So, in the end, the work got done but it required careful oversight.  I would be willing to hire the first handyman again, but not the second.
