"Mr Friday showed up within the timeframe. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I showed him the lamppost and he got to work. He quickly found the issue and replaced the part. I also asked him advice on some landscape lighting and he gave me some great advice on how to bump up the intensity of the light by buying LED bulbs instead, which I have done. While looking at the outdoor plug for the lighting he noticed that it was not protected from the elements. He ended up installing an entire new GFI plug (old plug rusted out) and a nice hinged plastic bubble thing over the top. He caulked it all off and everything works perfectly. I got a quote for some other stuff too. I would definitely hire Beacon again! Also want to give a shout out to the great office staff (Katie was one) who kept me updated with arrival times and for being very responsive to my questions!"
