He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."

"It was easy to make an appointment by phone; the pricing was based upon the size and type of the house (single family home, split level, 1800 sq ft). I understand it would have cost more if the house was taller, or less if it was a town house. The cleaners showed up on time, and had the entire job done in about 45 minutes. They used the water faucet from the front of the house to wash out the gutters and flush out the drain pipes. They picked up the gunk that washed out by hand so that it was barely noticeable. "The crew showed up as scheduled and removed the old asphalt driveway. They graded the site and installed a solid bed for the new driveway.  The contract stated 3.5" of new asphalt. They ended up installing 6" to 8" of new asphalt giving me a very solid driveway with no extra charge. They did an excellent job of finishing off the edges and shaping the driveway as I had asked. They left the site very clean taking all debris with them. I am very pleased with their work.

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."
