gutter repair
 + -1 moreBrad cashed my deposit check of $700 within two days of a signed contract (to purchase the new sump pump and battery backup system). No work was ever started! There were repeated phone calls and missed scheduled start dates. Eventually he did not answer his phone when I called, so my only recourse was to leave messages. Now his phone is "not reachable". Seeking legal advise on how to handle this issue. Appears I am just out $700. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON.
Description of Work: Brad was contracted to dig a new sump in my basement and install a new sump pump plus a battery operated backup system.
