"Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. We shopped around for multiple quotes before selecting JD Michael Construction. Any and all future projects will go through this team! We are grateful!"

"my whole home feels fantastic. very courteous and knowledgeable individuals. I would hire them again for all my basement waterproofing and basement remodeling needs in the future. Its hard to find a family run business with amazing values and professionalism. these guys have it all."

"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"I can not say enough about Perry Hall Remodeling. I was referred to them by my brother, who also had his basement finished a couple years ago. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. What I found most impressive was their responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. Even for the first consultation, Gary Sr. stated he would be at my residence at a certain time, and they were right on time, not one minute late. They took their time to tour the basement, and have us explain what we wanted to have done, while they took time out and suggested certain items along the way. They were up front with cost estimates and time frame of when it would be started since estimate start date was months away. They were punctual with the itemized estimate which was very fair and that all materials would be at cost, no hidden charges. When it came time to start, again they were here right on time, 7:30am, every single day. They provided receipts for all materials so you knew how much exactly it was costing and could keep track. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!"

"Best contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Showed up on time, cleaned up every day and did an excellent job on the installation of my kitchen backsplash. I would 100% recommend Precision Remodeling!"

"AES Builder & Home Improvements Inc. was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! They remodeled our original kitchen, and the results are beyond beautiful. From our very first meeting to the day we spent picking out custom design materials, the entire process was organized, collaborative, and enjoyable. Their coordination and communication throughout the renovation were top-notch! Every contractor who came into our home was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about their work. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way, even when there were small delays. The quality of the craftsmanship truly shows, and our new custom kitchen makes me smile every single time I walk in to cook. We couldn?t be happier with how everything turned out. If you?re considering a remodel, I can?t recommend AES Builder & Home Improvements enough! Thank you to Stephen, Shawna and the entire AES team!"

"In the midst of remodeling, the contractor and I had disputes on costs of the project. I realized then that they had never clearly presented to me itemized costs of each items to be installed and labor costs. Never agree with any remodeling without knowing those."

"While we have not done the project the team was helpful with getting things sorted out until we are ready to pull the trigger. Mike Walsh was particularly helpful and responsive. When we do the basement we will reach out to Dewar again to actually perform the work."

"They did a great job remodeling my bathroom"

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
