We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"I can not say enough about Perry Hall Remodeling. I was referred to them by my brother, who also had his basement finished a couple years ago. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. What I found most impressive was their responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. Even for the first consultation, Gary Sr. stated he would be at my residence at a certain time, and they were right on time, not one minute late. They took their time to tour the basement, and have us explain what we wanted to have done, while they took time out and suggested certain items along the way. They were up front with cost estimates and time frame of when it would be started since estimate start date was months away. They were punctual with the itemized estimate which was very fair and that all materials would be at cost, no hidden charges. When it came time to start, again they were here right on time, 7:30am, every single day. They provided receipts for all materials so you knew how much exactly it was costing and could keep track. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!"

"After seeking an initial estimate with a competitor, my wife and I asked AES to perform an estimate for a master bathroom remodel project. David Hill was assigned to our project as the lead sales representative. David met with us and quickly submitted a fair proposal (not to mention SIGNIFICANTLY lower in price than our initial estimate) to us to perform the work we were seeking in our remodel. As new customers we were pleased with the process and with the responsiveness of David throughout the project. AES uses an app, Co-Construct, which allows for transparency of the project details. It also allowed us to see status updates throughout each part of the remodel as pictures were frequently taken to demonstrate the progress of the work. Speaking to the work itself we were very pleased with the craftsmanship of our contractors, Matt and Kurt. They were very diligent and meticulous and did an excellent job, especially with the tile work involved. There were a few hiccups along the way (as with any remodel) and Matt and Kurt were very receptive and flexible in fixing the issues quickly and to our needs. In all the project took about 3.5 weeks and my wife and I are very happy with our new bathroom! We want to thank AES and all of the associates with whom we had the pleasure of working. "Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance!
