They are trying to bill me for services not approved nor performed. Several attempts to call them, with no response. Long time customer, with no respect for our loyalty business . Trying to take advantage of seniors thinking we are too old to understand or comprehend.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company. Their emergencies services did absolutely nothing for 15 hours so I had to pay out of pocket to a more reputable company. It’s pathetic that even with our annual service agreement they attempt to charge us for their shortcomings. Avoid this company’s oil service and their boiler service at all cost! They will not perform diligent work and go out their way to be responsible for their short comings. Very unethical. They also have some of the worst service techs in town.

Corbin cleaned our oil furnace at the beginning of winter and has delivered oil two times so far this winter. The employees are always professional and we are thrilled with the service.

Used one season and so far so good - had no problems past winter ( though wasn't the worst winter). Had prompt service; automated schedule that they figured out; they addressed phone questions promptly and professionally. Not the cheapest - but definitely have learned you get what you pay for (for example - I recommend avoiding Thrifty!)

Have been a Corbin Fuel customer for over 30+ years and they continue to impress with their customer service and product offerings. Recently just had our HVAC upgraded and the staff at Corbin Fuel walked us through the entire process and never once pressured us into anything and gave us honest information when we were choosing a system. Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs. A locally operated family owned business that treats their customers right.

I use them all of the time. They were here about 45 minutes. They left the area clean, like they weren't even here. They are very responsive and professional.

I am on a budget lplan for payments. They figured out the delivery schedule based on my usage. They have been pleasant, knowledgable and responsive during all communications with them. I recently switched from one of maryland largest fuel company to Corbin and glad I did. There pricing system is much more affordable.

In a matter of a few days, I was embraced as a new customer, and needed propane was delivered. Attempts to obtain service from another discount provider proved futile, with 16 days lapsing from my fill request and never showed. Corbin was very professional, supportive, local and fast. Competitive prices too. I think I've found my long-term provider.

These guys are great. After another local oil company let our tank run dry for the third time, I called Corbin and they responded immediately. John Hawkins did a good job of laying our service plan options and got an oil delivery scheduled immediately. When the burner wouldn't start, they dispatched a well qualified technician (with 24 years of experience at Corbin) who located an corrected an intermittent relay problem. All of this happened on Christmas Eve. I have used other companies in the area over the past 30 years and none have come close to what we saw in the first 24 hours of our business relationship with Corbin.

I have used Corbin for probably 20 + years. This was the first hot spell of the summer and I decided to try my A/C. It didn't work. I called Corbin at 7:30 am and it was up and running by 10:00am, Very professional, polite people and organization . They have never let me down. Strongly recommend them . Great Company

They - office staff and field personnel - are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They even alerted me to a water heater problem when they noted an increase in fuel usage that appeared unrelated to weather. I strongly recommend them.

I purchased a fuel delivery plan, and an annual service contract with Corbin. For the fuel delivery, they have a very accurate way of estimating oil levels, and have never let my level even hit 1/4 of the tank. For service, they have come to my house twice, most recently tonight, to perform repairs to my 30 yr old furnace. Being able (and willing) to service a unit this old is remarkable. The cost of the service plan pays for itself with the semi-annual cleanings alone, not to mention the quick service as needed. I called today at 7pm with a concern over noises that the furnace was making. There was someone here by 8pm, a Sunday night, and he fixed the problem. He was patient, and did not leave until things were in working order. I am very happy with their fast, effective and friendly service. They have my business.

The main water valve for the furnace failed resulting in a gushing stream of water. I am on a well and was able to turn the water off; but was left without water. The technician arrived in a timely manner and replaced the valve. What I really appreciated was that the technician politely answered my many questions about the operation and care of my furnace. I have used other oil services in the past; but Corbin Fuel has provided the most efficient, professional, and best value in service I have seen. I have recommended this company to several of my friends.

two installers showed up in the morning and worked to install the heater for about 5 hours. they were very pollite and answered all my questions. they also removed the old unit and left the workarea in clean condition. i was very pleased with the overall expiereance.

Corbin is my oil delivery resource. I also have service contract with them. They do a great job. Technician was patient with all my questions when he came to service our burner. After a scheduling glitch, they were very accommodating to our needed service time. This is the second year that we have contracted for oil delivery and we are very pleased with the service. The prices are competitive as well.

My late father used Corbin for many years and had an annual maintenance contract with them. When I was preparing the house for sale, they offered me a one time cleaning /service visit, and made sure to send the person who had been taking care of the system for years. Ed not only did the cleaning and service, but walked my brother through the house and patiently explained the various thermostats and the rooms they controlled (it gets complicated with 4- zone heating/cooling). It is wonderful to have service performed by someone who is familiar with a house's system. I would recommend Corbin as an excellent provider of fuel and HVAC system service.

I scheduled an annual tune-up with Corbin for the morning of October 22nd, 2010. This appointment was made approximately 3-weeks in advance and I spoke with an employee named Brian who took all of my information. After they did not show up at the scheduled time I called to check on the status and they had no record of my appointment and said they did not perform tune-ups for customers that did not have an account with them. I explained that I was not told this when I made the appointment and they were relatively unapologetic about inconveniencing me. I am a new homeowner and had been seriously considering Corbin to be my oil provider since they were local to my area. However, I found them to be completely unprofessional and I will be happily employing one of their competitors to meet by heating needs.

Ken was very nice, professional and happy to educate me about the heating system.

THE OFFICE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN SCHEDULING SERVICE WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE WORK WAS DONE WELL, AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE BOTH FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE OVERALL WORK EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY SEEMED TO BE PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, AND THOROUGH WITH THEIR SERVICES PERFORMED. THEY WERE ALSO THOUGHTFUL.

THE WORKMEN WERE VERY PLEASANT, BUT THEY LEFT THE DUST FROM THE VENTS ALL OVER MY CARPET AND THEY KNOCKED DOWN SOME FIBERGLAS INSULATION IN MY LAUNDRY ROOM AND DID NOT RE TACK IT. THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID FOR THIS CLAIM, SO I AM NOT 100% SURE OF THE PRICE. IT MAY HAVE BEEN AS MUCH AS $300. I DID NOT PAY IT OUT OF POCKET.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR EIGHTEEN YEARS. THEIR REPUTATION IN THE HARFORD COUNTY AREA IS PHENOMENAL.

CORBIN FUEL CO. REMOVED OUR OLD HEATING SYSTEM AND INSTALLED A NEW BOILER AND FURNACE AND SOME DUCT WORK IN OUR HOME. VERY QUICK RESPONSE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ARRIVED IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND WAS INSTALLED WITHIN A WEEK FROM THE TIME WE ORDERED IT. THE PEOPLE INSTALLING IT WERE PROFESSIONAL AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT.
