James did work on our double back deck, which consisted of upper deck top banister replacement, floor board & partial banister replacement on lower deck, and power washing & repainting of both decks. "Third time that 858 flooring had done work in my house. Very satisfied with the bath room remodeling that they did. Grant and George do beautiful work. The walk in shower with sliding glass doors, accent stripes, niches, and marble pebble floor was exactly what I requested and their workmanship was superior. Everything else was done very nicely including the tile floor, bathtub installation and tile work, vanity installation including plumbing modifications for two sinks, sheet rock installation, toilet installation, etc. 858 flooring is meticulous in all aspects of the remodeling job. Each day they placed tarps over the floors and steps to protect them from dirt and damage during the remodel. Every evening the tarps were removed and all walkways were vacuumed clean. I plan to use 858 flooring for my next home improvement job."

"We hired Kitchen Savers to help remodel our kitchen. After a few delays due to COVID-19, work got under way June 1st. Hasan the installer was awesome. He spent 5 days in a row with us doing demolition, resurfacing the cabinets, installing the new oven/microwave, crown molding, etc. Kitchen Savers was very professional and nicely orchestrated their subcontractors (Rock Tops for the countertops, electrician for the under cabinet lighting, plumber to install the sink and garbage disposal, etc.). We are very pleased with the workmanship and the final outcome. Even when we had an issue with one of the cabinet doors a few weeks later, Kitchen Savers sent out a workman to rehang the door with a double hinge and solved the issue free of charge. The only negative comment is that while Kitchen Savers works with subcontractors for certain things (i.e. countertops, etc.), that is where things end. So you have new cabinets and new countertops, but no backsplash. That's kind of crazy. If you want a backsplash or wall tile between the countertops and cabinets, you are on your own to fine another contractor. Likewise for flooring. This caused some issues as our floor contractor wanted to demo the floor before the cabinet work was done and we had to do a bit of juggling. It would have been nice to have one main contractor who organized and scheduled all the subs."

"Sam and his partner were professional and punctual. I had emailed to ask if they could do herringbone pattered subway tile for my kitchen backsplash. He quickly responded stating he could and giving a very reasonable quote. On the day of the project when Sam arrived, it became apparent that he did not know what Herringbone Pattern was. It does require much more time and cuts to install than a standard subway tile pattern. He said that the price would be $100 more than what he had initially quoted. This still was a fair prices for the amount of work that needed to be done. I was also a bit concerned that he had never seen or heard of the Herringbone pattern. Sam took the time to look up some photos of it and watch videos on how to install it. Once he felt confident, the two of them got started. The finished in a timely matter and the finished product was EXACTLY what I wanted. I am very happy :)"

"They promised to get done as quickly as possible since I had to move out of the house because I could not use the downstairs bathroom. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost. We've been customers since they remodeled our kitchen in 2004 and will continue to do so. I don't want the cheapest work. I want the best. Thank you Gary."

Joe supported our process from pre-purchase of the house through the renovation and working the inspection list for our eventual sale. Joe managed every aspect of the renovation managing more than 25 subcontractors and a budget close to $150,000.
