I was shocked when Tim offered to troubleshoot the issue for free, despite estimating it could take 1.5-2 hours. Tim was prompt (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), wore a mask (COVID), was courteous, and determined the issue really quickly. He entertained answering all of my electrical questions, came up with the best path forward to resolving the issue, and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs. I will definitely be having him complete the recommended repairs! "it went great. they came out when they said they would. the air conditioner wasn't working, the thermostat didn't have power and it was hotter than july. when dude got here he took a look at the problem and turned out a switch was off and that was it. Turned the switch on and everything was working. felt like an idiot but at least he didn't try to stick it to me. i'm definitely using them for my next electrical job.
