"They were great. They had a cancellation and came the next day to close our damper and cleaned the chimney at the same time and only charged us for the cleaning. Then they fit us in a week later to seal a crack at the chimney top. They gave us before and after pics of everything. "Excellent customer service. The owner of the company responded promptly to my inquiry. Ron provided detailed information about the problem with my chimney and how the problems could be addressed quickly. I had prompt service on the same day. Ron and Landon came out and worked as a team to fix the chimney including putting in a new liner and reinforcing the flashing around the chimney. Plus installed two new chimney caps.
