Horrible. I set an appointment for today to have my chimney cleaning. I understand things come up and happen. I asked if they could provide me with a courtesy call to confirm the time of arrival that did not happen. The day of scheduling my appointment they told me that the ETA would be between 10 am - 12 pm. It is now 2 in the afternoon and someone just called me to give me an update. I think it is very inacceptable because I have had to move things around to be home and wait for someone to show up.

The repair man went above and beyond for the repair. The repairman came on time for the estimate and was very professional. He offered a very fair price for the repair to the gutter and I highly recommend him. He even checked in later to make sure that I was satisfied.

They did a great job. Called with quote day of job and asked if I wanted them to do it right then or another time. I chose right then. They took before and after pictures and sent them to my phone. No pressure for immediate payment. We paid through the mail. Definitely will hire them in the fall after leaves and needles have fallen. Highly recommend!
