"Tony and his colleague showed up and got straight to work. The men were careful about tracking any dirt into the house and used shoe covers. The job took about 30 minutes to complete and Tony was a wealth of information on how to use the wood burning fireplace and gave suggestions on using starter wood . They inspected the fireplace and advised I needed two tiles to be replaced and gave me an estimate; along with the $150 credit from the Angie's List purchase the estimate was less than the purchase price for one tile from Home Depot.
I was happy with the overall service and would use them again.

"The technician was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He explained the problem, proposed how to fix it and did the work immediately. I had received an estimate from another company that told me my chimney had structural issues and needed to be rebuilt and re-sealed at a cost of several thousand dollars more than I paid. "Scheduling went well and they did everything they said they were going to do. They gave us an evaluation and report after the inspection. However, we have never used the fireplace so we are not sure if what they did was effective. But, they did not leave any mess behind and they were professional."

"It went very well. They came on time. They did their work well. They told me how often I should get it cleaned and if I'm just using the fireplace twice a year, not to worry, that I didn't have to get it cleaned until every 3 or 4 years."
