I have used their services for years. The workers are excellent and respectful. I asked them to clean the fireplace insert fan and nothing is too much trouble for them. Year after year they solve problems and look out for my safety. I highly recommend their services.

Racist owner! He made an appointment to come over my house today; he just called me to cancel, and when I complained, he threw racial slurs, yelled at me: "Go back to your country!" and hung up on me. I know the political climate is bad in the US, but this is unacceptable!

It went great! They were on time, friendly, good work ethic, super polite, great with our dogs. Explained everything they were doing, made sure I understood it all before they left. Great team! Would gladly work with them again.

They were pleasant to deal with. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do.

One of the only companies that I called where someone answered so I was able to make an appointment right away instead of waiting for a call back. She was articulate, polite and professional. I was able to get an appointment the following week at a time convenient for me.The men arrived promptly, and were concerned when I told them about the chimney fire we had the previous week. They carefully checked to insure that the liner was still good. They were careful with their gear and boots to be sure I was not left with any mess.

He didn’t tell me that he was going to be charging me $55 to take a look at it, and that was a little annoying. Anyways, I wouldn’t hold that against him. He said that we couldn’t use our chimney without relining it, which was okay, but then he said that we would have to use an insert which would cost $4000. That was ridiculous. I thought that he was trying to sell us something. We do need a liner but we don’t need an insert. He was responsive and he returned my phone call. He was punctual. He answered my questions, but the answers seemed to have an ulterior motive. I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody. I would not hire him back.

He was great, our flue was jammed, and we talked to him about a pellet stove insert, he talked me into waiting for any major repairs until we decided on the insert, he got the flue working to a minimum level that was fine. He could have made a lot more money from us but he was very helpful in telling us our options and telling us not to rush. he said he would come out later if we wanted the more expensive repairs done.

He is professional and a pleasant man who has done a good job for me all these years. I will continue to use him and happily recommend him.

WE HAVE NEVER HAD OUR CHIMNEY SWEPT AND DECIDED IT WAS TIME. THE TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS AND ACCOMMODATING TO MY WORK SCHEDULE. THEY WERE PROMPT IN ARRIVING AND CLEANING UP.
