"Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney. When Steve from Paramount came out to provide the quote, he informed us we would not necessarily need the new dampener, opened the existing one and cleaned the chimney. I also needed masonry repair work done on my front steps as well as prep work for installing a railing. They did a fantastic job completing the project. I was also impressed with the initiative Dimitri took to repair other minor related masonry issues he noticed without requesting an additional charge.
