"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

The price quoted for that will be $500, but it will keep things out and keep the liner for the boiler from deteriorating more than it is. Initially Tony thought the liner may be already to the point of replacing it, but after looking at it while on the roof, he said it wasn’t as bad as he initially suspected, and I could go at least a few more years with it. Which is an honest assessment, also good to hear."
