"Rob was very responsive, always on time, and did a beautiful job! I needed old gates/fencing removed, new gates built and installed and the length of my chain link fence secured at the bottom so my dogs could not escape. He came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. He showed up on time, is friendly, and went above and beyond to get the work done, as it was more extensive than originally thought. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too.
