"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

Put in vent for kitchen microwave (including purchased for us at cost a new microwave) and vented through the wall and out the roof.

Despite apparent successful initial installiton of the microwave vent. It  does not vent to the outside of the house. This was the same problem we had before, it blows back into the house. We have been told it was installed wrong by an inspector and that it needs to be corrected. Conway General Contracting will no longer return our calls or emails that I have sent via Angie's List website."

"My wife liked his style and professionalism so much she also ordered a gate for the windows (bars). I thought that would look horrible. But he is such an artist. This is a original creative design that he came up with (modifed a gate design, to add more detail). I think you will agree this guy is extremely talented. He also did not mind when we told him to come back with more paint on the rails and window bars. Greatly appreciated.

"The original deal I bought was for 1 person for 6 hours. Somehow there was a scheduling mix-up, and on the day I expected them, they didn't come. When I called, the scheduling mistake became apparent. The person on the phone was very apologetic, and told me no one could come. But, maybe 20 minutes later, she called back and said, she could send two people for three hours now. I agreed, and they arrived soon after. Evidently someone else had canceled, so I was lucky.
They were cheerful and friendly. They knew what they were doing, had the appropriate tools to accomplish my task list, and didn't leave a mess. They worked efficiently and got my list of things done early. They hung pictures for me in the remaining time, and did all that annoying measuring etc, as well as dealing with a wall that doesn't like to take nails. It's been some time since they did the work, and I'm happy to say that their efforts have held up. The gate has remained stable, the re-hung door works great, etc. In contrast to some others I've hired whose work has not held up.
I would be happy to use this company again, and it was great to get all those things taken care of.

He then stopped by the house to have a look to make sure he had the right tools with him before he started the work.  He was very professional and prompt. "Mark did an excellent job. We bought a fixer upper and he did most of the fixing. He is very talented and was determined for all of the work that he did for me to be right.

The floors look beautiful we get compliments all the time on the bamboo and the tile. He worked with my wife and I to pick out great custom designs for our bathrooms and built them to our picky standards.  

The fence is very sturdy and gets lots of compliments from the neighbors.  

The gutters are now pitched properly and working great and there are no longer any leaks in them or the roof anymore. The roof is good and leak free and we are confident that we are prepared for anything that winter throws at us now.
He also installed new Harvey windows at a very reasonable price.  When an issue with the delivery came up, he contacted Harvey and resolved it for us.

All of our doors are now working well and he changed our locks quickly when we first moved in.

 Mark is very handy and does things the right way. He puts customer satisfaction first which is especially important especially with clean up.  He does a great job giving good advice and communicating and updating about the project. We are lucky to have chosen him to do work for us.

"Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the newly configured fence looks great. 

I called 3 highly rated providers on Angie's List, Reliable Fence, Greg's Fence, and Cleveland Fence.  Phil from Greg's Fence promptly returned my call, promptly set up a time to come by and look at the fence, and after the meeting, promptly gave me a detailed quote -- and asked for a very competitive and reasonable $395, hundreds of dollars less than the other 2 quotes.  He alone saw that we could re-use appropriate sections from the existing fence and gate, which after all, were in good condition, and only the posts would have to be new, saving me money.  Summer is a busy time for fence installers, but Phil from Greg's Fence set up and stuck to a time schedule that worked for both of us, and he communicated clearly with me, letting me know in advance when he was coming out, when the work would be finished, and when he could meet with me so we could together see the work had been completed satisfactorily and he could be paid.  

I called Dig Safe to have them mark the property before Phil from Greg's Fence would start the work (maybe this was unnecessary as the fence posts don't go that deep, but better safe than sorry).  Once Dig Safe cleared the property, in a week, I called Greg's Fence to let them know I was ready to go.  They came out and carefully removed the fence section that needed to be removed, including the cement base under the posts, and competently installed the newly configured section where I wanted them to.  Phil correctly explained it would be better to relocate an existing post of the boundary fence so that the newly configured section would properly line up parallel with the front boundary of the property, and then competently relocated the post.  He put together the re-used fencing and gate sections and the new posts together so that the newly configured fence was solid, correctly installed, and easy to use.  He let me know ahead of time when he would be finished so that I could have an opportunity to review his work prior to paying him.  This whole process was easy, smooth, and satisfactory from start to finish.  The next time I have fence work that needs to be done, I will pick up the phone and call Greg's Fence again.  Thanks!"
