"I would like to say if you need a plumber you will be in great hands. My 81 year old mother fell a few months ago and broke her leg, I needed to have a handicap toilet put in. I called Alex and told him my situation. He was there the next day installing it. He has a heart of gold and is an excellent plumber. He works on my house and my rental homes. (You will be happy to know him) he’s Also just put a new water system in our house that we love! I hope this review will help you call him because in my opinion he’s affordable reliable an always gets the job done right!"

"Tim was prompt, friendly, professional, easy to communicate with, understood my budgetary concerns, educated me about my system and charged me less than I expected. I will definitely be hiring him again. I never expected to have a favorite plumber but I have one now!"

"Both the plumber and electrician were friendly and knowledgeable. They came when they said they were coming and answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend them."

"Still Services was great! They had a tech in town who took care of my issue and had my furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend!"

"Derek contacted me almost immediately, quickly worked out with my tenants (it was their bathroom sink drain) when he could come and do the work, and was finished in short order My tenants (four young women) raved about him and his work afterward. Bergeron Drain Pro are now my go-to people for plumbing issues."

"Great service every time, always on time, good communication."

"The excellent service came with a flat rate fee of $341. IMHO this is a steep price for the average family to pay for this type of service. I wish home advisor had alerted me to the pricing structure for this service. I might have chosen a less expensive option."

"This job went well. The business was prompt and professional in receiving the phone call and doing the job. During this job, I also needed a gasket for the door. Since the cost of the job was in percentage lower than getting a new refrigerator, I elected to have them do the job. I had no other problems with the refrigerator. They also recommended some brands that I should consider when I need a new one. I see them as a honest business and if my refrigerator had reached its end, they would have told me so and not done the job. I would like to recommend this business. There are some big name repair businesses that will come out and continue to repair your product until you either run out of money or the appliance breaks down to the point of no repair and you are left holding the bag. HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT Appliance Service should be the name of this company."

"I booked my appointment with the girl at the Western Mass Home Show in West Springfield. She was the nicest person to talk to. Such a neat personality! Then the man who came to my house was so professional. He was cool with my dogs and he really broke down what my bathroom was going to look like and how it was going to be done. The installers were very proficient. Installed my bathroom very quickly! Then they cleaned up their mess so nicely. I didn't have to pick up after them at all. I was surprised how smoothly everything went. I was expecting some kind of hiccup that would throw a wrench in the works, but nope! Everything went as expected. My family and I were very happy that we had Total come to help us out. I would recommend them anytime!"

"Andrew did a great job fixed my upstairs toilet, had other plumbers try to figure out why the toilet wouldn't drain, Andrew used a camera in the main drain and found the problem. Awesome job, we are all set with the toilet and he checked the whole house for any other issues. We will use Andrew in the future, we highly recommend his services."
