"I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

We had incomplete and impossible architectural plans, but he was able to find workarounds to these shortcomings. He was always available for questions and we enjoyed working with all of his subcontractors. He also did a remodel of our kitchen, including taking down a wall. The result is perfect and he did the work quickly and without any issues. We get so many compliments on both projects. We also love working with Mike."

I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation.
