Best remodel designers near Roxbury, MA

"Exceptional! Edian is a true professional who is a man of his word, with meticulous attention to detail and as close to exactly o. Time with burn job start & completion as I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had him rebuild 2 massive porches. His work far far exceeded my expectations. In pic, he re-built the 1st floor porch, re-supported the sunroom, excavated the 125 year old footings, then re-poured new footings. Exceptional structural work, far above ‘code’ for a super solid result. Then, to my design, added new, Victorian details that make it sing!"

"After completing a very nice remodel of our bathroom we asked Joe to help us with a number of small projects (carpentry, refinish floors, install baseboard heat). As before, Joe had great advice on the best way to fix the issues and connected us to members of the Silmac team, without charging us a GC fee. Joe and Silmac stand out for their quality work, very competitive pricing and ongoing communication. Joe wants you to be happy with the work product!"

"Master Bathroom Remodel. Last fall we decided to remodel our master bathroom. The original design was implemented in the early 90’s and included a huge jacuzzi tub, but with todays higher cost of living and efforts to conserve our natural resources, it was no longer practical. Also, the small, rectangular bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which was a space robber that sacrificed areas for actual bathroom necessities such as storage and counter space. A full remodel was totally warranted! As a designer, I knew that the floor plan would remain the same for the most part because the plumbing is already there and there are a few electric sockets to move around as well. The shower is small, and kept in place. It will be retiled (with a built-in niche to hold shampoo and soap bottles) with a new door and new shower fixtures. The whole bathroom will be torn out to the studs, and replaced with new cabinets and finishes. I went to a kitchen designer with my ideas to make a conceptual layout and elevations so that I would get measurements of what I wanted as an end product. I had all the materials ordered and ready to go. I now needed someone to implement the job. I get several bids on the project and we settled on Jeff Veglia. He provided us with a competitive price and was very helpful during his first onsite consultation. We found him to be down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to our ideas and needs, so we felt very comfortable choosing him to do the work. From deconstruction to finish, the whole project ran smoothly and on time. The price he quoted us was the price he performed the work for. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. His crew and sub-contractors were friendly, courteous, professional, and very respectful of us and our home; especially during these trying times with Covid issues. All the rough work and finishes were completed with the utmost professionalism, talent and an eye for detail. We felt comfortable in our home with his entire crew. We thoroughly recommend Jeff Veglia and his crew for any project you can dream up! They more than made every effort to have our project turn out as we specified. Jeff was available for every one of our calls and questions. We enjoyed the remodeling experience with this company and we are totally pleased with the results and cost. "Tess is delightful to work with, she brings a fresh perspective to the spaces she’s designing, and she offers stunning designs to ensure your space is not only beautiful but also functional. I initially hired Tess to help me redesign only one room, my dining room, since I had never worked with a designer before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Once we nailed down my style, Tess put together an absolutely gorgeous design, helping me choose furniture that was expressed who I am in a way I didn’t know furniture could. After my dining room, I hired Tess to redesign three additional rooms. The process for the additional rooms went very smoothly because Tess really understood what I was looking for and was able to present me with ideas I loved immediately. Tess genuinely listens to what you want and need, she’s there to support you throughout the whole process, and she’s just really fun to work with. I highly recommend hiring Tess for your redesign needs!"

"Richard has an incredible wealth of information and resources to share. He helped make sense of the remodel process and helped put together a plan of action for my projects."

"Jose and his crew were outstanding! They did everything we asked plus! I would certainly hire them again and highly recommend Tejada Remodeling"

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"I would highly recommend MMP Construction. Matt and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely hardworking. Even after running into some unexpected structural issues once the walls were opened up they still managed to get the job done in the time frame quoted by working extra hours and weekends. I was truly blown away by the level of dedication and service. Anytime a challenge came up, someone on the team was quick to provide a great solution. And the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."
