Nick was amazing to work with. We had a tricky layout and weren’t able to knock down a and move any walls. Bravo came up with ideas we hadn’t thought of that ended up working perfectly. Have already suggested him to half a dozen other people.

We worked with Nick at Bravo Kitchens on our kitchen remodel late last year. The kitchen needed a complete gut, and we wanted to add in additional counter space. He listened to our requests, visited the house and drew up some great designs for us that we loved. He also helped us pick out a great set of cabinets that work well in the space, as well as a sink. After everything was complete, we needed a couple of pieces replaced due to a bit of damage that occurred during construction, and he was quick to help us get the new pieces - no issues or questions asked. We appreciated his opinions, experience and professionalism throughout the process.

We worked with Nick, and he was awesome. His attention to detail and way to think outside the box really helped us maxamize our space in our kitchen. When people come and look at our new kitchen they are blown away. I would use Bravo Kitchen again in a second, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

Nick is wonderful to work with, he listens and then gives you additional recommendations. We used his suggested vendors and we were very happy. Nick checked in on site and seemed evident he had a good working relationship with Mike Goodwin team. Nick made the process go smoothly assisting in purchases required, We would recommend Bravo Kitchens.

We worked with Nick on a kitchen and bathroom renovation that has completely transformed the way we use our home. We had a very outdated, very peculiar kitchen and bathroom living side by side that needed a total overhaul and someone with an eye to figure out how to make these two spaces work better. Nick spent a few hours at our home listening to what we wanted to get out of the space and taking measurements. We had a baby on the way and a tight timeline so he worked very quickly to come up with a plan—two plans, actually. The first was exactly what we asked for, and the second one was a bit of a curveball—and 100 times better. It meant a lot that he gave us what we wanted but had the foresight to know what we didn’t know yet—that going in a totally different direction was going to yield a much better result. He met with us for a long time to go over the two plans and made some tweaks until the final design was perfect. We also worked with Nick to source cabinets and countertops. We absolutely love the way they turned out. We had found Nick on a recommendation from MF Goodwin and we are so happy we worked with both of them. There is a reason they do so many projects—they just work really well together. We are thrilled with our new space and definitely recommend them both!

It’s no mystery why Nick has been successful at Bravo Kitchens for so long. First and foremost, he’s extremely friendly. My wife and I hit it off with Nick from the start, and he quickly became a terrific advisor/moderator when it came to making important decisions. He was also willing to work (without so much as a deposit) on our kitchen plans until we were totally satisfied and ready to move forward with purchasing the cabinets. I believe we went through about 11 revisions, and I’m convinced we could have gone to 50 without any grief. By the time we were ready to order the cabinets, there was little doubt that we had explored all options, and we were making the right decisions. Nick helped us beyond our expectations. He frequently appeared on the job site to make sure the work was completed in a timely manner and with the best quality. This impressed me because Nick had already been totally paid for the cabinets and his portion of the work. His primary concern was for the successful completion of the entire project. There was also an occasion where a cabinet door frame (to an existing cabinet) didn’t quite fit. The contractor had started moving forward to “make it work,” but Nick took it upon himself to order a second frame without even mentioning it to me. This initiative indicates that to Nick, getting it right is more important than the financial implications. Without question, we would recommend Nick to anyone that wants to remodel their kitchen or bathroom. We feel like we received a tremendous value. From our first in-home consultation, to the design phase, and through the construction, we felt like we had a partner that was there to help us achieve our vision. We also now consider Nick a friend, and look forward to stopping by his nearby shop, saying hello, and telling any customers there that they’re making the right choice in regard to working with Nick.

I walked in to the brick and mortar shop after reading reviews online, and was impressed by Mark's professionalism and suggestions. Mark visited the site to develop an idea for our wants and the space provided, and he had enough experience to identify potential issues with the structure of the new house (which we knew were going to be an issue, but I didn't mention them yet. He was the only one to see the support beam issue before we brought it up) to be mindful of it when discussing construction. Mark then put us in contact with a general contractor that he works with regularly, Roy, who wrote up a quote and developed a schedule of construction. So far, everything has gone well. when all said and done, the complete cost of the renovation (with wooden cabinets, soapstone countertops, hardwood flooring installation and refinishing, installing a support beam and replacing the electrical and plumbing, all new appliances) came out to under $40,000.00. Mark supplied the cabinets and designs, which came out to just under $10,000.00

Nick of Bravo Kitchens and his assistant are incredibly knowledgeable and helped us select a really lovely custom cabinet line, Aelphi that they carry. We love all of it. Nick did all the measurements, which were perfect. He gave us a choice of granite providers to work with and we went to Stone Decor Galleria in Woburn where Danny Puccio helped us select a beautiful grey granite and also helped us secure a beautiful remnant of marble for a baking area. On Nick's recommendation, we separately hired MF Goodwin contractors to handle the demolition, replastering, cabinet installation, electrical, plumbing, etc. They were terrific!

It was the greatest experience imaginable. We interviewed lots of cabinet makers before we went to Nick and feel very fortunate to have worked with him. He was also more reasonably priced with custom cabinetry than at least three other providers we interviewed.

Response from Bravo Kitchens Inc
"We strongly believe this review is completely unjustified coming from someone who is in the cabinetry business. He made it known to us that he is a designer at his family's Flooring & Kitchen Design Center in Littleton,MA and is capable of buying the cabinets direct from the source, yet he insisted on contacting us and purchasing products through us here at Bravo Kitchens, as if he were doing us a favor. Mr. {Member's name removed} provided us with a list of material needed from our semi-custom line as an add-on to his existing kitchen purchased from an unknown source. This customer raised a complaint about a delay of the product's delivery. As a result, we compensated him $250.00 as a good gesture for the inconvenience. Two months later he wanted to return unused items for money back. It was made clear from the beginning that there are no returns on custom products. Given his background one would think he would be familiar with these procedures. Also, we find it ironic that he would give us a poor review on Angie's List after we did our absolute best to satisfy him and it makes us wonder what his motive is? We always strive to do our best to give customers the best products and service, yet sometimes our best is not good enough for some people, and Mr. {Member's name removed} is one of those people."

Bravos responded to my request for quote quickly.  Derek Ball was the contractor provided by Bravos to install an overhead cooktop fan that I purchased.  Derek was responsive, on-time, professional, and did an adequate job (although he did not completely finish the job when he left but still wanted full payment (minor work left undone).  Per the installation instructions, they were to have used a solid metal vent but Derek said contractors were using a different (coiled) vent these days and it should work well.  I was disappointed with that aspect of it.  The external vent also did not have proper flashing (but was caulked) to prevent water infiltration.  They also boxed in the vent within the cabinet to aesthetics (which looks nice, btw).  He could not locate the correct cabinet magnets to keep the overhead doors closed and said he'd be back to finish it.  I paid him the full contract price but have not heard back since.  Since then, I purchased & installed the right parts to complete the job.  I believe Derek is expanding his painting business to include cabinetry and carpentry, and he's a hard worker who's adjusts to the situation and is learning.  But I view this experience as OJT for him.  Their price was competitive, Derek is a nice guy who does what needs to be done, and I was okay with the overall outcome and would consider using Bravo's again.

nick designed the complete job and showed us a drawing of what the kitchen renovation would look like when completed.
we were  surprised he could do so much in  a very small kitchen. nick and the contractor met at our house to go over the complete job and ask us for our input you could tell that they worked well together with their communications ,.with help from nick we selected the style and type of cabinets we wanted ,the type of sink , faucet and countertop .after our final approval .nick took care of the
ordering of the cabinets  and let us know when they would arrive and other scheduling pertaining to the template for the countertop
and the sink.the contractor  and his crew then started  their phase of the job. nick did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to use him again

Bravo Kitchens did a great job designing our kitchen and helping us pick out the cabinets and counters. Nick and Elissa were responsive to any questions we had and they made sure that everything turned out well, replacing some cabinets that arrived damaged and re-ordering cabinet hardware when the hardware we originally chose was out of stock. Our new kitchen - a complete gut renovation - is beautiful. I would recommend Bravo Kitchens.

Other than replacing flooring and appliances, we hadn't done any major work in our kitchen for 20+ years. We felt the cabinets were still in good shape but weren't sure what we could accomplish. Elissa visited our house and then took us through several options. We decided on a man-made counter with new sink that has turned out to be striking and was cost-effective. Her referral of MIke Goodwin (see seperate review) to do the prep work was great as he did a profesional job and held to the schedule.
Our biggest concern was that this was not a big project and so would there be problems being pushed off schedule. But there was never any doubt that we were always treated in a professional manner and our project was important.

Bravo Kitchens was a pleasure to work with all around.  Nick and Elissa were consummate professionals throughout the process, from quote to completion.  They created a great kitchen layout for our small space.  They listened to what we wanted(and didn't want) and figured out a way to make it all work.  For example, when the granite we wanted for our countertop was more expensive than originally planned, Nick found another supplier who could offer the same granite for less.  They also gave us great design advice, not just in terms of aesthetics, but only in terms of price and quality.  When the cabinets were installed, Nick personally came by to inspect the cabinets.  When he found a door that wasn't to his satisfaction, he took care of reordering it for us.  We highly recommend Bravo Kitchens and would use them again.

My husband and I were pleased with Bravo Kitchen. Nick worked out a design that would make both of us happy and that was not an easy task for we both had two different ideas in our head. With Nick's guidance and patience he designed a wonderful kitchen and provided a beautiful cabinet. I highly recommend Bravo Kitchen they provide a personal touch to their service and make sure the customer is taken care of.
